Add it to Apple Mail (Mac)

  1. 1Open Mail and go to Mail → Settings → Signatures.
  2. 2Select your account in the left column and click +.
  3. 3Click into the signature area and paste with Cmd + V.
  4. 4Untick “Always match my default message font” so your formatting is kept.
  5. 5Drag the new signature onto the account name, then close Settings — it saves automatically.

Good to know: If images vanish when you send, make sure the photo URL is https and publicly reachable — Apple Mail won’t embed images it can’t fetch.
