Add it to Outlook (Windows desktop)

  1. 1In classic Outlook, go to File → Options → Mail and click Signatures….
  2. 2Click New, name the signature, and click into the edit area.
  3. 3Paste with Ctrl + V.
  4. 4Use the Choose default signature dropdowns to set it for new messages and replies.
  5. 5Click OK twice to save.

Good to know: Classic Outlook renders email with Word’s engine — the reason many signatures break. Ours are table-based with inline styles specifically so they survive it.
