Add it to Outlook (web)

  1. 1Open Outlook on the web and click the gear icon, then Mail → Compose and reply.
  2. 2Click into the Email signature editor box.
  3. 3Paste with Ctrl + V — the layout and colours paste intact.
  4. 4Tick Include my signature on new messages I compose (and replies if you want it there too).
  5. 5Click Save.

Good to know: Outlook on the web and new Outlook for Windows share this setting — set it once and both stay in sync.
