  1. 1The iOS Mail app supports rich signatures via paste. First, open this page in Safari on your iPhone and copy your signature above.
  2. 2Go to Settings → Apps → Mail → Signature (or Settings → Mail → Signature on older iOS).
  3. 3Tap into the signature field and Paste.
  4. 4If iOS strips some formatting, shake the phone immediately and tap Undo Change Attributes — this restores the pasted styling.
  5. 5Choose Per Account at the top if you want different signatures for work and personal.

Good to know: The shake-to-undo trick is the step everyone misses — it reverses iOS’s automatic font flattening after a paste.
